Orders
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use this to track your order directly through the carrier's website. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided production has not yet begun. Contact us immediately at hello@selectionofthreads.com. Once an order has entered production it cannot be cancelled.
Changes to size, colour or address can be requested within 24 hours of ordering by emailing hello@selectionofthreads.com. We cannot guarantee changes after this window as production may have already begun.
Your order number is in your confirmation email sent to the address provided at checkout. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or contact us at hello@selectionofthreads.com.
Your order enters production within 2–5 business days. Once produced, it is dispatched and you'll receive a tracking email. Total delivery time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your location.
Yes. Enter your discount code at checkout in the designated field before completing payment. Codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely.

Delivery
Orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days from the date of purchase. This includes a 2–5 business day production period followed by standard shipping. International orders may take longer depending on destination and customs.
Next-day delivery is not available. All SET orders are print-on-demand and require a production period of 2–5 business days before dispatch. Standard delivery then applies on top of this.
Our fulfilment operates on standard business days. Orders are not dispatched on public holidays, which may add 1–2 days to your estimated delivery window.
This depends on the carrier and your location. Some deliveries require a signature, others can be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. Your tracking information will confirm the delivery method for your specific order.
For international orders, customs delays can occasionally occur. Any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your country's regulations. If your package is held, contact your local customs office directly with your tracking number.

Returns & Refunds
You may return items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. As our products are print-on-demand, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind on personalised or custom items.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order. Contact us at hello@selectionofthreads.com to begin the returns process.
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The amount will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Products & Sizing
SET offers sizes XS through to XXL across most styles. Size availability varies by product. Full size guides are available on each product page.
Each product page includes a size guide with measurements. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing against the guide rather than ordering your usual size, as fits vary by style and collection.
Some styles are restocked periodically. Follow us on Instagram @selection_of_threads or sign up to our newsletter to be notified when items come back in stock.
All SET products are produced on demand through responsible fulfilment partners who meet ethical production standards. We do not hold excess stock — every item is made to order, reducing waste.
